Angott Search Group is pleased to announce that they have been engaged by a strong Wisconsin community bank to identify an SBA Relationship Manager for their Wisconsin market.
The Relationship Manager…
- Will be expected to achieve production levels through external business development activities with prospects, clients, referral sources and relative community involvement activities
- Will Develop collaborative relationships with branch network and staff; refer non-SBA loan and deposit relationships to commercial and retail lenders and treasury management. All in all will play an integral role in the growth of the SBA department within the bank.
We are seeking a candidate who has a strong lending and ideally an SBA background within the financial services industry. A Bachelors Degree would be preferred, but is not required. The candidate must have the ability to consistently close SBA loans year after year. The candidate must also have the desire to help grow and train others to learn the ins and outs of SBA.
