Commercial Real Estate Lending Group based in Dallas TX with a focus on larger “structured” new commercial construction finance and some re-financings is seeking a number of individuals to add to their team. This is a very busy group where the pace feels more like a private equity firm or a debt fund.
Credit Officer to review quality of drafting/credit memos and mentor a group of credit analysts that structure and underwrite larger commercial construction projects on a national basis.
Asset Manager(s): Individuals who have a background in underwriting and managing all the “moving parts” of a larger complex commercial construction loan including draw requests from the contractors, due diligence and validation of the sufficiency of proposed capital structure to fund required project costs, and the anticipated income-generating capacity and value of the underlying real estate; and confirm the loan is closed in compliance with Loan Committee approval and within projected time frames based.
VP/SVP or Originations/Structuring: Must possess strong background in structuring and originating larger complex commercial construction projects. Very little travel required. Strong understanding of Commercial Real Estate Finance and Lending with a focus on larger deals of all asset classes including hospitality, office, industrial, and multi-family.
